Artist's Comments

Re-shoot of Simon 360 Flip. No fill flash, and a much, much faster shutter speed. :) I'm still orgasming over how perfectly I focused this.

Feedback would be much appreciated, this photo is professional work for me, for a company interested in hiring me.

This is an amazingly great shot. I really do love it. The low angle and all of the movement between the bloke and his skateboard is captured brilliantly. And I can't help but wondering if he stuffed the landing. =P

The only thing I can really suggest for this is maybe lighten the sky a bit. The foreground and they guy have wonderfully sharp colours, but the sky seems rather dark and dull in comparison.

Other than that, I really can't suggest anything else. The image is very striking, and immediately caught my eye, which is everything you could want it to be.

Gotta love getting perfect focus! I shoot my neighbors skateboarding all the time so I understand how hard getting even okay focus can be.
I really like the colors and the composition is pretty interesting. The light poles are kind of bothersome and a face would have been nicer than a butt, but not everything can go perfectly. Still a great photo!

If I had a wider-angle lens I wanted to shoot it from atop the ramp, looking down at him with the camera a few feet over my head. :9 Else he could just do it backside, but, he can't do it backside. =P

Thanks for the comment.

I actually don't use the faves system much, but I'll definitely give it a look. :)
